BETTER TIMES AHEAD 🥂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We hope you are all keeping safe and well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We’ve put time in lockdown to good use and designed some new and exciting cocktails for you, just in time for the festivities to start. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ First up, we hope you’ll find is the.... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ FIGGIN BEES KNEES 🐝🍯🍸 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 50ml Fig, Cardamon & Vanilla Gin (Mini available from our online shop) 25ml Fig & Honey Syrup (recipe below) 25ml Lemon Juice ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ HOMEMADE FIGGY HONEY SYRUP ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 30g Caster Sugar 1 tbls Honey 1 tbls Water 3 Figs quartered ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Add all ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat and leave to steep for 10 mins. Strain the figs from the liquid and pour the figgy honey syrup into a sealed jar. Cool to room temp before using. Store in fridge for later. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Method - In a cocktail shaker with ice add the gin, lemon juice and figgy honey syrup. Shake to combine and strain into a coupe or martini glass.
