Simple Serves
- Iced tumbler
- 50ml shot of Shellys Banana Rum
- 150mls fresh pineapple juice
- 50mls soda or Lemonade for a fizzy finish.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Approx 6 ice cubes – dependent on the size of shaker
OR try….
- 50ml shot of Shellys banana Rum
- 100mls tropical fruit juice
- 2 tblspoon coconut cream
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and pour through a strainer into hurricane glasses with crushed ice if desired.
Double up on quantities for friends.
