Here’s another cocktail we developed in lockdown. So easy to recreate, give it a go it’s delicious!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍌🍉 BANANA MELANA 🍌🍉
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
50ml Banana Rum
1/2 passion fruit
Melon balls - We’ve used watermelon and cantaloupe but any combo will work.
10ml freshly squeezed lime juice
75ml Pineapple juice
50ml coconut water.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Once you have crafted your melon balls you can freeze them - they will be perfect fruity ice cube substitutes.
Add the Banana rum, handful of ice, passionfruit, lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut water to your shaker. Shake it all up.
Add the frozen melon balls to your tall glass then pour the cocktail over them for a lovely chilled fruity cocktail.
Garnish with a slice of melon and voila!

Here’s another one of our delicious cocktails for you to make at home. Lockdown doesn’t have to be boring, open a zoom call with the girl and grab a glass 🥳

RHUBARB DAIQUIRI
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
50ml Rumbarb
75ml Simple strawberry syrup recipe below
10ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
5 Fresh strawberries.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Simple Strawberry Syrup - 150g fresh strawberries, 30g caster sugar, 1 tbls of cold water - heat sliced strawberries sugar and water in a small pan. Allow to simmer so that the strawberries begin to soften and break down a little. Then you can use the lovely fruity liquid in your cocktail or store in the a sealed jar in the fridge for use later
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Method - Add the 5 strawberries to your small tumbler and muddle them.
Add ice Rumbarb, simple strawberry syrup and lime to your shaker. Shake baby shake…. Then pour the contents over your muddled strawberries. Garnish with fresh mint and a strawberry.
