Processing Your Order & Delivery
If your order is received by 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), we’ll do our best to dispatch it the same day. Please note that our delivery dates may be affected by public holidays and some geographic locations.
We deliver across the UK via Royal Mail using a tracked 48 hour service. We require a signature and age verification for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature and age verification by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Shellys Drinks and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
If possible, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If the contents at all damaged, please send us images to email@example.com stating your order number.
To purchase products from Shellys Drinks, you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the country in which you reside. The delivery person will require you to provide proof of age if they consider you to be below the legal age to purchase alcohol.
By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are over 18 and agree to an electronic age verification check to confirm this. If we cannot confirm your age via an electronic check at the point of ordering we reserve the right to request proof of age and/or decline to fulfil your order.
Orders cannot be dispatched until your age has been verified regardless of the shipping option selected. It is an offence to attempt to buy alcohol if you are under 18 years of age or to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol for persons under the age of 18.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK at the moment. You may place an order for Product(s) from outside the UK if you have a UK billing address for your credit or debit card, but the order must be for delivery to an address within the UK.

Standard 72 hour tracked delivery – £3.90 (aim to deliver within 3 working days)
Excluding the following postcodes – BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PA60-75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE2 & ZE3 please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require delivery to these locations.
Standard 24 hour delivery – £7.80 (aim to deliver the next working day)
You must order before 12 noon for next day delivery but please note deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Excluding the following postcodes – GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44, ZE2-ZE3 please contact us at email@example.com if you require delivery to these locations.
Please note that any orders placed between 12 noon on Friday and midnight Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday.
We reserve the right to upgrade your delivery to a better service at our cost.
We currently only dispatch items within the UK.
Delivery should normally be made by 5:30pm but you will be able to track your parcel.
Delivery timescales are set by the couriers.
